Villa Regina Resort requests you to pay the full amount of the reservation either with PayPal (you can also pay safely via PayPal with your debit/card even if you don’t have any balance in your account).
The other way for you to pay, is the Direct Bank Transfer. In this option, you have to place your reservation and then make your payment (the full amount as mentioned before), directly into our bank account using your Booking ID as the payment reference:

Cancelation & Refund Policy
Full refund for cancellations if the check-in date is at least 30 days away. 50% refund if the check-in date is at least 15 days away and no refunds for cancellations made within 15 days of check-in.
In case of a deposit, full refund for cancellations if the check-in date is at least 30 days away. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.
Changes done by you
If you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible and we will try to adjust to the proposed changes, without charging additional charges, if that is feasible, however we cannot guarantee that such requests will be fulfilled. If the above-mentioned changes result in additional cost, you will be informed in writing on the changes and the cost which will be included in our agreement.

Villa Regina Resort cannot be held liable towards you, the Occupants or your guests for any loss or misplacement of valuables left in the Property during your stay. You and your guests must keep the building’s entry and exit and alarm codes confidential.
The Property shall be checked by the Owner and / or Villa Regina Resort prior to and after the Rental Period. You shall be held liable for any proven damages or losses caused to the Property and its contents. We recommend that you ensure that your insurance policy covers accidental damage to the Property and its contents.
